  1. I can't get the email reporting system to work!
    • (This answer only applies to very old versions of TrustBuilder, not current versions) This is the most common issue experienced with TrustBuilder. Here are some settings that are known to work:

        Gmail

      • From: john.doe@gmail.com
      • SMTP address: SMTP.gmail.com
      • SMTP username: john.doe@gmail.com (Yes, you need the whole email address)
      • SMTP password: [John Doe's gmail password]
      • Requires authorizaion: Yes
      • Uses SSL: Yes

        iCloud

      • From: john.doe@icloud.com
      • SMTP address: SMTP.mail.me.com
      • SMTP username: john.doe@icloud.com (Yes, you need the whole email address)
      • SMTP password: [John Doe's iCloud password]
      • Requires authorizaion: Yes
      • Uses SSL: Yes
